It’s that time of the week! Time to Relive Harry Potter! This week we take a look back at Order of The Phoenix and the time where Harry got detention with the evil Professor Umbridge! The reason this happens is because of Harry acting up in Defense Against the Dark Arts class and mentioning Lord Voldemort’s name and return. “Oh, I don’t know, maybe Lord Voldemort?” Immediately after Harry says this Umbridge gets angry and Harry still talks out of turn in class and mentions the fact that Lord Voldemort is indeed back, which leads to his detention with Umbridge. During the summer, the ministry were making up lies and things about Dumbledore and Harry, which led to so many people thinking he was lieing about Voldemort’s return and whatever happened last year after the tournament was a lie. During this detention, he walks in and is greeted by the ugly girly office of Umbridge and she tells him to sit down. He is told he’ll be doing lines. He tells her he forgot his quill, but she has one ready for him and it’s a special kind…perfect for her evil ways. As he begins writing “I must not tell lies”, he gets a lot of pain on his hand, he looks at it and sees the writing is cutting into his hand. This was Umbridge’s sick way of making him confess he is lieing about everything.
