SDCC ’12: Interview with BRANDED’s Jamie Bradshaw

While bigger studio fare like Wreck-it Ralph and Twilight were the big projects stealing the show at San Diego Comic Con yesterday, I had the chance to sit down with newcomer Jamie Bradshaw about his unique film Branded.

Check out the official synopsis for a glimpse into this original film:
Branded is a dark and mind-bending journey into a surreal, diystopian society where corporate brands have unleashed a monstrous global conspiracy to get inside our minds and keep the population disillusioned, dependant and passive. One man’s passion (Misha played by Ed Stoppard) passion to unlock the truth behind the conspiracy will lead to an epic battle with the hidden forces that really control our world.
I spoke with Jamie about the film, his thoughts on personal branding and social media, as well as the highly underrated Josie and the Pussycats.

Watch the full interview here:

What do you think of this interesting concept film? Branded crashes into theaters on September 7, 2012.

About Kristal Bailey

With a soft spot for movies that fall into the “So Bad They’re Good” category, she regularly watches B-movies, 80s comedies, and sci-fi from the 50s and 60s. She also refuses to grow up if that means she has to hide her love for Disney and Pixar films. In her free time, she enjoys reading graphic novels or books that are soon to be turned into movies, watching hours and hours of television, and spending way too much time on Twitter.
