It’s that time again: another weekly Blu-Ray/DVD Roundup! Here are the new releases for the week and my opinion on whether you should Skip It! Rent It! Or Buy It!

This week we’ve got The Lorax, Grimm, and Marley just to name a few of the must-haves. It’s a very diverse week of shows and movies to buy! Grimm is definitely the must have show this week – it’s a surprisingly popular show, one of the few bright spots in NBC’s schedule last season. Watch a clip from season one where Adalind challenges Nick:

And as usual don’t hesitate to share what DVDs and Blu-Rays you’ve bought recently, or plan to buy this week, in the comments. Let everyone know what you think should be bought or skipped!
Skip It!

  1. Blue Like Jazz, (starring Marshall Allman, Claire Holt, Tania Raymonde, Justin Welborn, Eric lange, and Jason Marsden), DVD and Blu-Ray. Not familiar with this film, and by judging reviews it wasn’t to much of a great film. Here’s our DVD review.

Rent It!

  1. Bel Ami, (starring Robert Pattinson, Christina Ricci, Uma Thurman, Kristin Scott Thomas, Natalia Tena, Holliday Grainger, and Colm Meaney), DVD. For the Robert Pattinson fans, it’s worth a watch. Check out our review here.
  2. Ghost Hunters: Season 7: Part 1, DVD.

Buy It!

  1. Grimm: Season One, DVD and Blu-Ray which also features never before seen awesome content. Like I said above, this is definitely the must have show this week, it’s a really awesome DVD set.
  2. Dr. Seuss’ The Lorax, (starring Zac Efron, Danny DeVito, Taylor Swift, Ed Helms, Willow Smith, and Rob Riggle), DVD and Blu-Ray combo pack and 3D pack. I didn’t actually get a chance to check this film out, but I was a big fan of the book, and well anything Dr. Seuss is the best. Here’s our review of the film. Get a sense of the film with some first look images.
  3. Marley, (starring Bob Marley and Ziggy Marley), DVD and Blu-Ray. BOB MARLEY. That is all. Watch the trailer here.
  4. Warriors of the Rainbow: Seediq Bale, (starring Masanobu Ando, Umin Boya, Chi-Wei Cheng, and Lin Ching-Tai), International Version, DVD, and Blu-Ray which is also in International version.
  5. Parenthood: Season Three, DVD.
