GREAT EXPECTATIONS International Trailer

Check out the international trailer for Mike Newell’s upcoming film Great Expectations, which stars Ralph Fiennes, Helena Bonham Carter, Robbie Coltrane, Jessie Cave, Jeremy Irvine, Jason Flemyng and Holliday Grainger. (That’s nearly a Harry Potter reunion! 4 Harry Potter starsThe Goblet of Fire director!).

It’s based on the novel by Charles Dickens, and the screenplay is by David Nicholls.

The synopsis:

A humble orphan suddenly becomes a gentleman with the help of an unknown benefactor.

It’s going to show at the Toronto International Film Festival in September and Opens in Ireland and the UK on November 30th, and in Germany on December 6th. Hopefully it has a release date for the U.S soon! I will update you guys if it does, it looks like a wonderful adaptation of the novel! Brilliant cast!
