Bethesda Softworks have opened the beta application process for The Elder Scrolls Online, the Elder Scrolls MMO. Along with this announcement a stunning nearly six minute CGI trailer. While players won’t be able to vertically scale cloud surrounded fortresses nor zipline precariously along bridges it does show the three in game factions, the Aldmeri Dominion, Daggerfall Covenant, and Ebonheart Pact, squaring up in spectacular style. Oh and some worse-for-wear looking werewolves.
The game is currently expected to be released sometime this year on PC and Mac, while even less is known about whether the game will be ported to consoles. As for the beta you can sign up here!
