Jurassic Park 4 is set for release in 2015. Variety reports that the fourth installment of Jurassic Park as well as The Avengers 2 and Pirates of the Caribbean 5 are slated for the summer of 2015. This news has sparked memories of this awesome franchise that make me excited to see this film in theaters. I remember the excitement I felt seeing the film for the first time, and the many subsequent times since. Jurassic Park is one of those movies that can be on TV and you feel compelled to stop what you are doing to watch it. That is why I decided to put together a list of my favorite moments from Jurassic Park. There have been many moments that I have enjoyed from the entire franchise, but this list focuses only on the first film.

5. First Look at the Dinosaurs
The first look at the Dinosaurs with John Williams’ sweeping score playing in the background is one of the best moments from all of the films. The look on their faces in the photo above truly captured how I felt the first time I watched the movie.
4. Newman Getting Killed!
Dennis Nedry is best known for his role as Newman on Jerry Seinfeld, but his role in Jurassic Park is equally memorable. Karma proved to be a bitch for his character when he underestimated the cute-looking dilophosaurus.
3.Water Vibrating in Cups
When you see this scene you immediately know what movie it is from. The use of that scene from the trailer is such an epic way to tease one of the most terrifying scenes in the film. The GIF above shows the kid’s face that was equally memorable.
3. Jeff Goldblum as Dr. Ian Malcolm
I am usually not a fan of comic relief in a lot of action movies, but Goldblum’s line delivery is a nice blend of humor and science as chaos theorist Dr. Ian Malcolm. Check out this humorous video of Goldblum’s memorable Dr. Malcolm from Jurassic Park:
1. The Dinosaurs
All of the dinosaurs are amazing in Jurassic Park, but my personal favorite have to be both the T-Rex and Velociraptors. These dinosaurs add some terrifying moments to the film that are worth the price of admission.
