Marvel announced at the Marvel’s All-AXIS panel that an original graphic novel, Avengers: Rage of Ultron which set to be released in 2015. The graphic novel will be written by Rick Remender and drawn by Jerome Opena, both having worked together during the Uncanny X-Force run.
Rage of Ultron picks up where Age of Ultron left off. Ultron will return as the main villain after being defeated by Hank Pym (he was Ultron’s creator in the first place). The graphic novel will have a never-before-seen tale from Ultron’s earlier days before fastwording to modern times as a new Avengers squad must deal with the villain’s takeover of Saturn’s moon, Titan.
This news of the graphic novel is obviously a tie in for the upcoming Avengers: Age of Ultron movie, also set to be released in 2015. Well, it’s working and now we can’t wait 2015 to get here fast enough!
