Red Hot Chili Peppers Stream ‘I’m With You’ a Week Before Its Set Release

As far as alternative music goes, the Red Hot Chili Peppers have been a driving force that always had something different to bring to the table. More than a decade into their career, the band have been through it all: personal crises, lineup changes, younger imitators, and more. Yet, the band rolls with the punches and has remained intact, gearing up for the release of their latest work, I’m With You. Their technical musicianship, poetic lyrics, and showmanship always shines throughout their massive catalog, and with this album -it’s no different.

The highly anticipated new album, I’m With You, the first since 2006’s Stadium Arcadium. To celebrate this event, the entire album is streaming on iTunes until its official release on August 29th. The album is preceded by its first single, “The Adventures of Rain Dance Maggie.” The video can be seen below:

Jessi was born and raised in Chicago, but she left her heart in NYC. She has been to more concerts than days of school, but somehow still made her way to university. Her idea of fun is an evening of karaoke to the worst songs of the '90s while a lit cigarette lies burning in the corner. She used to refer to herself as an "aspiring music journalist" but one day, she just woke up and decided she was one. That being said, she's always writing and always hungry for more.
